Our Affirmation
"Love is the doctrine of this church; the quest of truth its sacrament; and service is its prayer. To dwell together in peace, to seek knowledge in freedom, to serve humanity in fellowship, to the end that all souls shall grow into harmony with the divine - thus do we covenant with each other, and with God."
Our Statement of Interfaith
"It is an open door through which all may pass and be understood; to share their faith with anyone else without fear of ridicule or censure."

THE NO THRILLS
2010 STEWARDSHIP CAMPAIGN
NO PRESSURE • NO SOUNDBITES • JUST AN HONEST REQUEST FOR YOUR SUPPORT
The Longboat Island Chapel has begun its 2010 Stewardship Campaign. In the absence of a Stewardship Chair, last Sunday Pastor Maiden announed the beginning of the No Thrills 2010 Stewardship Campaign, and simply reminded the members of the Chapel of their commitment at the recent Annual Meeting to increase their pledges by 10%. After the service, Patty Sabow agreed to serve as the Stewardship Chair, but will keep with the simplicity of this year's theme. You can download a pledge form here .
